About the Role
The Quality Facilitator is responsible for supporting a
range of services with the delivery of national, regional and district level priorities
for quality and patient safety. In collaboration with Service leaders (both
clinical and non-clinical), the Quality Facilitator provides support for the
ongoing development, and implementation of a quality and risk management practices
to ensure effective structures and processes are in place to deliver safe,
high-quality care.
