• The Compliance and Procedure Section is responsible for the continuous review of company's airworthiness manual to ensure they are updated timely to meet regulatory requirements.
• This includes reviewing the company Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPM) submitted by respective departments to ensure the procedure written do not contradict with regulatory requirements.
• External audit activities either by regulatory authorities or customers shall be managed by the Compliance and Procedure section.
• They shall be the liaison party to ensure that any non-conformance raised during the audit are responded within the stipulated time frame and follow on through closure.
