Quality Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI) Job Purpose The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and serving as a customer-facing quality representative throughout product development and production launch.

This role leads and applies Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements prior to release to production.

The Quality Engineer owns the development and execution of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) deliverables and partners cross‑functionally to ensure a smooth transition from development into full‑rate manufacturing.

This position reports to the Site Quality Manager .
