Quality Control Technician

Huntsman is seeking a Quality Control Technician supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in Los Angeles, California. This position will report to the Quality Control Manager.

Job Scope

The Quality Control Technician performs accurate and timely routine testing of lab samples and reporting in accordance with specified technical methods and environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

In summary, as the Quality Control Technician, you will:

• Perform accurate and timely inspections and testing of samples of raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods.
• Maintain quality control records, including data entry into notebooks, logs, LIMS / Labworks software, and ERP / SAP software.
• Issue timely notifications of nonconforming results as appropriate.
