• Monitor the production process and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct thorough product testing and analysis leading to improved product
reliability and increased customer dissatisfaction
• Run laboratory tests such as FFA, Iodine & Peroxide Value, purity test, Sedimentation,
gluten, total and sulphated ash, alcoholic acidity, acidity of extracted fats, acid insoluble
ash, moisture determination, etc. on raw materials and finished products in accordance to
ISO standard.
• Make quality decisions (accept or reject) raw materials, packaging materials, and finished
products based on provided specifications by inspection and testing.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards through HACCP analysis.
