The QCM needs to be familiar with operating a Quality Program for a Federal Construction General Contractor supporting a DOE . The QCM should have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean methodologies, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards, International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC). The QC Manager is responsible for overall management of QC and must have the authority to act in all QC matters for the Contractor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage the quality control program – develop inspection checklists, develop audit schedules, validate work authorization requirements, implement quality control plan consistent with DOE Orders, track and submit all required daily QC Reports, and supervise the quality specialist.
