POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Inspector ensures that all manufactured plastic sheet and roll products meet customer specifications and Grimco’s internal quality standards. This role performs in-process and final inspections, uses precision measuring tools, verifies color and surface properties, completes work-order documentation, and partners closely with production to maintain consistent quality throughout each run.



 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work Order & Specification Review

· Retrieve work order packages and match them to corresponding work orders on the production tablet.

· Review all customer-required specifications

· Access and understand information on the Extended Description Inquiry screen.

2. In-Process & Final Inspections

· Perform required checks on each skid, included in GM-W0030:

· Take samples for conformance verification.
