Requirements:
• Graduates of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related courses are preferred
• GMP, HACCP, Halal, and Food Safety Management Systems expertise.
• Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing set up
• Must have at least 1 year of food testing analyses and in-line inspection
Training/Experience/Education
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducts various tests and analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, and end products to ensure they meet the specification
• Conducts in-line inspection of processes, storage areas, incoming materials, end products, and outgoing deliveries to ensure they are compliant with the standards related to food safety
• Prepares COA, evaluation reports, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and non- conformance reports for data records and traceability.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
