A National Diploma in Packaging Technology, Diploma in Polymer Chemistry, Packaging or Plastic Technology or related is preferred.
Must have a proven track record in the Quality Assurance environment.
Relevant experience working in a QA (Quality Assurance) Production / Test laboratory environment, physically testing the printed packaging & multi-layered PA/PE films.
Must have an understanding of flexographic printing, extrusion processes and flexible packaging manufacturing.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good organizational skill.
Previous experience having worked on ISO 22000 or BRCGS or a related for Packaging and packaging materials, SANS 10330 HACCP and SANS 10049- Food hygiene management.
