We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Inspector to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for luxury villa construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil, architectural, and finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. QA/QC Inspectors typically conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, review materials, maintain quality documentation, and raise non-conformance reports when required.

• Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, and finishing works at all stages of villa construction.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure compliance with approved submittals.
