Description:
The Experience of Care Specialist II is responsible for managing and resolving formal patient complaints, grievances, and appeals in compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and organizational policies. This role conducts detailed investigations into quality-of-care and service-related concerns, drafts written grievance responses, and collaborates closely with clinical leadership, Legal, Risk Management, and Quality teams.
