Core Responsibilities

+ Apply quality principles to production control, design evaluations, and engineering workflows to ensure specifications and product requirements are consistently met.
+ Collaborate with Quality Program Managers (QPMs), production teams, and other stakeholders to improve quality workflows within the Oldsmar site and partner locations.
+ Lead root-cause investigations into product failures, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective/preventative measures directly tied to systemic improvements.
+ Systems Design & Testing
+ Develop and refine inspection processes and contribute to building advanced testing mechanisms and systems to streamline quality procedures.
+ Commodities and Site Collaboration
