            Key Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS). 
Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality procedures. 
Ensure compliance with client specifications, ISO standards, MOM requirements, SS standards, and project contractual obligations. 
Lead quality audits, internal inspections, and vendor assessments. 
Monitor all site construction activities. 
Ensure inspections and tests are conducted according to approved ITPs and procedures. 
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client representatives on quality-related matters. 
Review and approve quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and turnover dossiers. 
Ensure proper documentation for inspection. 
Lead investigation and resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
