This position provides support for students with complex mental health, behavioral, and educational needs who are enrolling in PPS following an extended absence from a public school setting. This position works collaboratively with families and community organizations to ensure that students return to PPS with proper IEP services and placements. The placement coordinator also provides consultation to school teams, families and community members in order to support students and families who are experiencing mental health crisis and other significant challenges.
