1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

2. Experience in cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting

3. Knowledge of construction practices and techniques

4. Excellent math and analytical skills

5. Experience with computer software such as spreadsheets and databases

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

7. Licensed or underboard, with at least 2-3 years experience

8. Willing to travel to project sites for actual estimation.
