Position Summary

The Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS) provides mental health rehabilitative services and targeted case management to youth and adults. The individual in this role works under the supervision of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and Program Director, offering direct support, skill development, and therapeutic interventions that encourage growth and stability in daily life.


Qualifications

The QMHP-CS must meet one of the following:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with coursework equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, counseling, sociology, rehabilitation, special education, early childhood education, gerontology, human growth and development, or related behavioral health fields as defined in 412.316(d), OR
