Responsibilities 1. Health & Safety Management - Implement and monitor occupational health & safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., UAE OSHAD / municipality guidelines).
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
2. Quality Management - Support implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
