QHSE Manager /Norwich/ Permanent - salary up to £60k per annum

Position 1 Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our client's innovative design and engineering manufacturing site based in Norwich.

Key Requirements:

• Lead and maintain the company's QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Drive a strong culture of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and continuous improvement across the site.
• Manage internal/external audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and compliance reporting.
• Investigate customer complaints, incidents and root causes, implementing effective CAPA processes.
• Work closely with production, engineering and suppliers to improve product quality, processes and operational performance.
