R10,500 CTC per monthMinimum requirements:

Grade 12 (essential)

Diploma in Food Technology or related qualification (advantageous)

1–3 years' experience within the meat or food manufacturing industry

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, verification, and quality focus

Reliable transport and the ability to commute to the workplace

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the QC team, including scheduling and daily activities.

Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards.

Conduct plant inspections, internal audits, pre-operational inspections, and verification checks.
