• Preferably with QC Production background



SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work assignment and scheduling of Q.C. Inspector or Aid based on production schedule.

2. Prepare and monitor QC documents.

3. Responsible for the daily inspection of production machine and verify compliance with

production start-up checklist.

4. Conduct random inspection in line production to ensure products meets its specifications.

5. Checking and inspection of Lot Code per line to ensure correctness.

6. As needed, act as QC inspector/ aid in the production.

7. Rejection of non-conforming materials.

8. Check all Q.C. report after operation.

9. Assist Q.C. Manager during spot-checking or evaluation of finished goods at the warehouse.

10. Assist in the evaluation and generation of report of packaging materials samples.
