Perform quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products according to quality procedures and instructions.
Verify that the inspected parts/materials, including packaging and labelling, meet specifications.
Prepare quality records after inspection completion. Ensure that the records are accurate and traceable.
Perform a variety of inspection methods and techniques such as visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and functional testing to determine the quality of products and component parts.
Identify recurring quality issues and support the implementation of improvement measures.
Maintain and clean QC equipment and instruments (i.e., microscope, gauges).
Comply with all Controlled Environment Room (CER) protocol, including personal hygiene, gowning, and safety procedures.
Participate in non-conformance materials and MRB activities related to QC inspection aspects.
