QA/QC Manager Position

Leita Steel, a leading structural steel fabrication company in Africa, accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 Part 2, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the highest quality standards in our fabrication processes, delivering safe, compliant, and superior products to our clients.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/control within the structural steel fabrication or construction industry. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledge :

Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication processes and industry standards (e.g., AISC, AWS D1.1, SANS 2001-CS1).

Familiarity with South African regulatory requirements, including SABS standards and local jurisdictional codes.
