Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain a robust QA/QC management system in line with project specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
Lead, supervise, and schedule the on‑site QA/QC team of inspectors, NDT technicians, and document controllers; set daily and weekly inspection plans and assign responsibilities.
Ensure all quality activities comply with company, client, and local authority regulations and approval processes.
Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and QA/QC procedures; verify material certifications (MTC), test reports, and traceability of pipes, coatings, fittings, steel, and concrete.
Conduct pre‑construction meetings, quality briefings, and training for contractors and subcontractors; define hold points, witness points, and random inspection points for critical works.
