Assists in providing technical assistance to the organizations under the LINA Group of Companies and external Customers, in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of management systems (quality, environmental and/or other management systems as applicable). Development and implementation of operations plans and programs to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue and enhance customer service.
Monitor the effective implementation of systems and procedures of LGC’s companies, with reference to applicable international standards and the LGC corporate procedures (control of documents and records, control of nonconforming service, internal audit, corrective action and preventive action). Also to provide planning support to operations in order to meet service levels through analysis and interpretation of relevant data.
