Having a working knowledge of all policies, procedures, and QA activities within his/her respective working area and ensures that documentation of work performed is complete, accurate, and properly reported.
Spots potential problems and promptly advises for preventive actions in order to avoid misoperations.
Timely identification of non-conformances for immediate correction, thereby reducing downgrading/rejections.
Ensures proper segregation, tagging, and sampling of non-conforming finished goods.
Accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of daily monitoring forms.
Notifies the QA Supervisor of any issues/problems in-line.
Proper documentation of observations and incidents related to process/product changes, in-line misoperations, GMP violations, process deviations, and non-conformances.
Logging in of activities on a per shift basis and ensures proper turn-over of tasks to incoming QA.
