Inspects incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process products, finished goods, and delivery vehicles to ensure compliance with specifications, GMP, and food safety standards.
Checks production equipment, weighing scales, and tools for cleanliness, accuracy, and condition before and during operations.
Monitors workers’ personal hygiene, sanitation practices, and overall cleanliness of production and laboratory areas.
Conducts sensory evaluation, evaluates tip-in materials and finished goods, participates in product investigations and supplier audits, and maintains accurate quality records.
Coordinates pest control programs, prepares materials and samples for R&D, ensures proper labeling/coding, and performs other quality-related tasks as required.
