            Responsibilities  Define and implement quality and reliability standards aligned with product requirements, customer expectations, and operational needs. 
Establish material, in-process, and finished goods quality standards, including testing methods and compliance procedures. 
Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, documentation, and policies to ensure regulatory and operational adherence 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and ensure smooth, defect-free production ramp-up. 
Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive timely corrective and preventive actions. 
Lead and develop the QA team, including workforce planning, training, performance management, and capability building. 
Drive a strong quality culture by balancing customer and plant priorities, ensuring continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence.
