Pursuit Strategist

The opportunity

As our Pursuits Strategist, you’ll play a key role in supporting major “must win and retain” opportunities across the Financial Services Sector and our New Zealand practice. Working alongside a Strategic Pursuit Leader, you’ll manage the operational execution of pursuit activities, including project and proposal management, and help deliver high‑quality, client‑centric proposals that drive successful outcomes. This position is a 12‑month parental leave contract role through to May 2027, able to be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia or New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the pursuit process for major opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand proposals that meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams and internal stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions and client deliverables throughout the pursuit cycle.
