Gensler’s Singapore office is seeking a highly driven and strategic Pursuits & Proposals Marketing Specialist to play a central role in delivering high-impact business development outcomes.

This position is focused on the management of pursuits and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, guiding opportunities from initial intake through to the development of compelling proposals and client presentations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in architecture, design, engineering (AEC), or other highly proposal-driven professional services environments, with a strong understanding of the pace, complexity, and collaboration required to win work.
