  • Cooperate with engineering/project department for placing orders to buy equipments relating to project
  • Find new suppliers, negotiate and agree with supplers for get product with good price and quality
  • Follow orders, delivery progress, invoices and make payments to suppliers
  • Make and check the contract, documents
  • Organize meetings and schedule customer visits, meet customers
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Maintain internal database, employee records, a system of data records about customers and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Organize, store, and print company documents when needed
  • Handle requirements from managers and employees and support them
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with these policies
