Responsible for purchasing from supermarkets and public markets of food products and supplies, ingredients, materials, equipment and other items needed in all the restaurants (Filipino and Italian Cuisine).
Ensure that stocks are sufficient to maintain the operations of the restaurants.
Collaborate with the operations team from time to time to keep abreast with the needs of the operations.
Qualifications
Will report to work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday including holidays.
On top of the basic pay, we offer service charge amounting to 5k to 10k per month.
Graduate of any hospitality, hotel and restaurant courses.
