Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Request, review, and follow up on quotations and proposals from suppliers.
  • Provide real-time coordination of procurement activities between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement-related documents, transmittals, and monitoring tools.
  • Perform administrative support tasks related to purchasing and procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate ofAny Business course or related.
  • 1–2 years relevant experience.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
