Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and products
• Procure items needed for trading and ongoing projects
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
• Compare prices, quality, and terms to get the best value
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and project teams
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• With or without experience (experience in purchasing/procurement is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
