Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and check stock levels regularly
  • Purchase stock and update inventory records in the system
  • Arrange incoming shipments and coordinate with logistics partners and local courier
  • Perform incoming stock checks and verify quantities
  • Remove labels and organize inventory neatly
  • Scan and record IMEI numbers accurately
  • Assist in packing and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
  • Handle general office administrative duties
  • Support other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit to handle light packing and stock arrangement
