Job Description

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials.
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure goods and services are delivered on time.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
  • Logistic arrangement for workers and company assets
  • Record project VOs.
  • Other ad-hoc projects when assigned

Job Requirement

  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
  • 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday) near Kaki Bukit
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
  • Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
