Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating terms.
- Process and track purchase orders and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- With 3 years’ experience and up in handling and mentoring purchasing team.
- Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing documents.
- Knowledgeable in MS office especially excel. Flexible and can work with less supervision.
- Willingi to render overtime as need arises.
