Purchasing & Operations Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will manage supplier coordination, stock tracking, invoicing, and various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our purchasing and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: Review and process supplier invoices/statements. Negotiate supplier rates and confirm shipments. Verify and post supplier Purchase Orders (POs). Process orders for perishables and other products. Monitor stock levels and raise POs when needed. Update shipment details and reconcile stock. Enter supplier invoices for logistics and shipment charges. Coordinate stock collection with third-party warehouse. Match POs with supplier invoices in BC. Handle customer price tenders and update pricing weekly. Manage vehicle servicing, inspections, and driver-related tasks (airport passes, fines).
