Job Summary:
  • Mon - Fri: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm
  • AWS + VB
  • Location: East (Company Transport Provided)
Responsibilities Procurement (65%)
  • Source and obtain competitive quotations from vendors/contractors to support operational needs
  • Issue RFQs and coordinate vendor meetings, including on-site discussions
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Manage purchase orders and coordinate delivery across departments
Admin (35%)
  • Handle daily mail operations, including franking, courier coordination, and reporting
  • Manage office supplies (e.g. pantry/beverage stock)
  • Verify and process phone bills, invoices, and budget codes with Finance
  • Maintain and update internal records (e.g. telephone directory, asset tagging)
  • Support asset audits and follow up on outstanding invoices with departments
