Sourcing - Source and select suppliers for the required products/services. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality and delivery requirements. Management - Generate & issue PO, tracking &monitoring OOR (Open Order Report), ensure on time delivery. Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services. Inventory Control - Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, analysed usage to minimize excess inventory. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, addressing any issues related to product quality, delivery, or pricing.
Work with various departments (e.g., inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations. Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
