Job Description & Requirements . Liaise with supplier on material pricing and issuing Purchase Order . Update material usage for respective project site . Monitor material ordered from site in terms of over PO and ordering trends. . Coordinate with site personnel on material issues . Update on material transaction for store . Matching PO, DO and invoices . Manage full spectrum of purchasing process including but not limited to sourcing, quotation, negotiation, document filing and following up on the delivery schedules, etc. . Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites. Job Specification . At least Diploma in related field. . Minimum 2 years' experience in M&E purchasing role with Singapore. . Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. . Ability to communicate well with project teams and suppliers.
