POSITION SUMMARY
The Public Works (PW) Director is responsible for the full scope of Contractor's responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality management programs supporting the Government and the Singapore Base Operating Services Contract (SBOSC).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sole administrator of the Contractor's Public Works Program, having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met Ensure both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual and industrial standards/best practices Oversee, provide, and manage facilities services to include preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and new construction Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
