The Process Control and Query Specialist will be responsible for managing one or more of the following Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) process areas: process control, query management, and support of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes within the team. This role will focus on at least one of the areas above, depending on team requirements and expertise. The incumbent will contribute to the development of the department’s strategy and annual plan, leveraging their knowledge of PTP processes and operations. This includes supporting key initiatives such as “No PO, No Pay,” touchless invoicing, vendor reduction, and maintaining a clean desk approach.
