Aventura at Carriage Inn and Aventura at Shiloh Springs are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our energetic and supportive rehab team. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting


• Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans


• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
