Forest of Jewels is a newly renovated, family owned and operated luxury jewellery store located in southwest Edmonton. We carry a wide selection of products including brands by Swarovski, Noam Carver, Korite, and Tissot. Our services include jewellery and watch repairs, custom designing, and appraisals. Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to all jewellery customers
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on different types of jewellery
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display area
