We’re working with a range of supportive secondary schools across London who are looking for Psychology Graduates to work alongside students who need a little extra help with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.

This role is ideal if you’re considering a future in educational psychology, clinical psychology, youth work, or mental health.

The role

You’ll support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them manage emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies. You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams, gaining hands-on experience with behaviour, SEND, and mental health needs in a real school setting.
