            Responsibilities   Support design and review of scam assessment programmes, including scope and criteria development 
Develop evaluation frameworks, tools (interviews, questionnaires), and data systems 
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, transcription, cleaning, and analysis 
Prepare internal technical reports and academic publications 
Create presentation materials for training, seminars, and conferences 
Support trauma-informed practices in victim care and policing 
Conduct training and assessment for relevant courses 
Perform other duties as assigned 
 Requirements   Degree in Psychology or related field 
Experience in psychology, behavioural science, or forensic/victim support work is an advantage 
Strong research and project management experience  
Good knowledge of statistics and statistical software
