Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: $117,669 to $135,533 per year, 37.5 hours/week
• Northern Allowance: $16,328 per year
• Housing: Subsidized Staff Housing is Available
• Union Status: Nunavut Employees Union
• Bonuses: $5,000 on start date, $5,000 at 18 months of service and $10,000 at 30 months of service (full time). For job shares salary, bonuses/allowances are pro-rated.
• $9,000 Annual Frontline Allowance
• $375 Monthly Retention Bonus ($4,500 per year)
