Summary
The Provider Support role is responsible for the coordinating and monitoring medical care for workers compensation, personal injury and motor vehicle accident clients. Works in partnership with attorney, physician office(s) and client ensuring high quality service expectations are met with positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Reach out to the provider’s office via phone/email to see if a patient attended their scheduled appointments. Request the medical records, notes, orders from those providers/practices.
Upload the documentation from these providers/practices into our system & add any appointment follow up dates that they provide into our system. create a referral in our system and send it to the provider based on designated guidelines. Review all emails sent by our providers/practices to see what actions are
needed and escalate to a case manager if necessar...
