This role is in charge of the formulation and implementation of the overall Proposition strategies, to maximize profitability and ensure we meet customers’ expectations and needs with best‑in‑class products/offerings. This may involve the assessment of current products/services portfolios, enhancements of existing features/benefits, launching of new features/benefits, identification of areas for improvement and the development/implementation of appropriate solutions. The role holder is required to liaise with key stakeholders in IWPB (product teams, Distribution, Client Analytics/D&A, among others) 2LOD (especially RC and LGA), and Region/Group where relevant.
