Bosch Building Technologies currently has a need for a Proposal Writer to assist our Marketing department with proposal writing, team administrative duties, business development content creation, and RFP processes. This role is based out of our office in Ottawa and as such, the suitable candidate will also reside near the Ottawa office.

Responsibilities:

+ Proposal writing and leading the process from production to delivery including the coordination and preparation of proposal submissions and soliciting input from sales staff, where required.

+ Marketing team administrative duties, including completing company prequalification packages.

+ Assist the pursuits team in preparing business development content and documentation.

+ Ensure high-quality preparation and production of all written materials while consistently applying the Paladin Technologies brand and key messaging.

+ Ability to work in highly collaborative environments.
